• Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via Australia Post International Air.
  • Miss Delivery: All deliveries will require a signature, Otherwise, Authority To Leave is set by default.
  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.

Do you ship to my city?

We dispatch to all states and cities in Australia, including Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and more. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance vary between different states of Australia.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Expected delivery times are as follows:

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Collect, as we do not ship with Australia Post. 

All orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day. 

How do you determine shipping costs?

We do not offer flat rate or free shipping. All shipping is based on total order weight. To calculate your shipping costs, please first add items into your cart, view cart then click "calculate shipping". For pallet size orders and containers, please contact us for a more accurate quotation. Additional discounts may apply for larger orders.

The system says no shipping method available. What does this mean?

If you have difficulty placing an order, please email info@sunwide.com.au.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?  

As we require a signature for all packages delivered, we do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. We only ship to valid residential addresses and will not be liable for any lost orders requested for delivery without a recipient signature.

How do I track my order?

Most Melbourne metro orders are delivered on the same day, so tracking is unavailable. For other Australian cities, a tracking number and tracking link will be available in an email within 3 days.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please email info@sunwide.com.au if your order doesn't arrive within 14 days. 

My parcel was damaged during delivery, can you replace the order?

If you find your order has been damaged during delivery, please take several photos of the damaged item and the box for our reference and email to info@sunwide.com.au. We will respond to your claim shortly, however we cannot guarantee that all claims will be accepted.
